We are pleased to invite you to the 15th Annual Mermaid Tears Seaglass Festival, celebration of the sea and more. The Festival will be Saturday, July 27, 2024

VENDOR SET UP TIME 7:00am until 9:00am NO LATER! :)

Vendor Fair 10:00am until 4:00pm

Sunday, July 28, 2024

10:00am until 4:00pm

Vendors and committee members CANNOT enter the shard contest.

  • You are to use or bring AUTHENTIC sea glass only. NO ARTIFICIAL TUMBLED GLASS!

  • There is a discount of $25 off your registration for doing a demonstration in the DEMO AREA. It is always nice if the guests can leave with a small item they have made. This is an opportunity to showcase your craft/artisan abilities and your items. A great way to offer a discount coupon for folks that attend your demo. So many benefits!!

  • All registration fees are non-refundable

  • We reserve the right to ask vendors to remove items that do not relate to this festival

  • We ask that NO pets/animals be present inside with vendors. You may find local animal care. You will be responsible for paying for the animal care. There will be a dog park located beside the festival. Please take advantage of the park when you can.

  • Set up time on Saturday is at 7:00 am until 9:00 am. ALL vehicles must be parked near the road by 9:00 am. NO exceptions. It is important to leave adequate room for the visitors.

  • Your rented space is 6 feet in length, 12’ if 2 tables are rented, no display areas higher than 4’ and must be on your table not beside nor in front.

  • ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED and PAID FOR YOUR SPACE you are CONFIRMED. We will contact you by email if we do not have any spaces available.
